摘　　要：大型混合机筒体组焊工艺合理与否,直接影响着设备的制作质量和使用寿命。本文针对大型圆筒混合机的组焊过程质量的管控进行探讨,分析其组焊的工艺难点、材料的焊接性以及质量管控的关键点,制定合理的组焊工艺,保障了整台设备的产品质量。Whether the assembly welding process of large mixer cylinder is reasonable or not affects the manufacturing quality and service life of the equipment.In this paper,the control of welding process quality of large⁃scale cylinder mixer is discussed,To analyze the process difficulties of group welding,the weldability of materials and the key points of quality control,The establishment of a reasonable combination of welding technology to ensure the quality of the entire equipment.
