摘　　要：概述了连续辊底式辐射管热处理炉的燃烧系统改造过程。改造前,热处理炉的燃料为天然气,使用成本较高,且存在着较多的设计缺陷;改造后,热处理炉采用了价格低廉的混合煤气,备件更换为了国产零件,生产成本大大降低。同时结合多年的生产实践经验,对设备缺陷进行了一系列的自主优化。本文先从理论上分析了改造过程的可行性和带来的效益提升,结合实际情况制定了投资最少的改造方案并立项改造,改造完成后进行了性能测试。在此基础上,结合一段时间的实际生产过程,对该次改造进行了整体的评估,得出了改造圆满达成了预期的指标的结论,改造在不降低热处理炉生产能力的基础上,用较低的投入,将进口烧嘴设备用国产化零件进行升级改造,成功的把燃料由天然气更改为混合煤气,达成了吨钢成本降低70元的目标。The combustion system transformation process of the continuous roller⁃bottom radiant tube heat treatment furnace in the heat treatment operation area of the plate division of Jingtang Company is summarized.Before the transformation,the fuel of the heat treatment furnace is natural gas,and the spare parts are imported spare parts,which have high operating costs and many design defects;After the transformation,the heat treatment furnace uses the cheap mixed gas,and the spare parts are replaced with domestic parts.While the production cost is greatly reduced,a series of independent optimization has been carried out for the equipment defects in combination with the company's many years of production practice experience.This paper first theoretically analyzes the feasibility of the transformation process and the benefit improvement brought by it.Combining with the actual situation,the transformation scheme with the least capital consumption is formulated and the project is approved for transformation.After the completion of the transformation project,the performance test is carried out.On this basis,based on the actual production process for a period of time,we carried out an overall evaluation of the transformation,and reached the conclusion that the transformation has successfully reached the expected indicators.On the basis of not reducing the production capacity of the heating furnace,we upgraded the imported heating furnace equipment with domestic parts with low investment,and successfully changed the fuel from natural gas to mixed gas.
