摘　　要：目的探讨将医疗激增能力作为构建呼吸道传染病野战医院的理论框架在实战化演训中的应用效果。方法以医疗激增能力的激增应对管理体系、激增应对结构、激增应对人员、激增应对物资4个要素为基础,结合作者医院实战化演训经历,阐述如何基于医疗激增能力开设呼吸道传染病野战医院。结果通过明确野战医院指挥组的职责、捋清激增应对结构、确定激增应对人员、配备激增应对物资,可以快速地开设呼吸道传染病野战医院,并有效应对演训过程中模拟的大规模突发卫生事件冲击。结论医疗激增能力为呼吸道传染病野战医院的筹备工作提供了清晰的理论框架,对快速开设呼吸道传染病野战医院、提高卫勤保障能力具有重要意义。Objective To explore the applicative effects of using medical surge capability as a theoretical framework for constructing field hospitals for respiratory infectious diseases in practical training.Methods Based on 4 elements including the surge response management system of medical surge capacity,the surge response structure,the surge response personnel and the surge response materials.Combined with practical training experience of author′s hospital,this article elaborated on how to establish a field hospital for respiratory infectious diseases based on medical surge capability.Results By clarifying the responsibilities of the command group of the field hospital,clarifying the surge response structure,determining the surge response personnel and equiping the surge response materials,the field hospital for respiratory infectious diseases could be quickly set up and effectively respond to the simulated large-scale health emergencies in the process of training.Conclusion Medical surge capacity provides a clear theoretical framework for the preparatory work of the field hospital for respiratory infectious diseases,which is of great significance for the rapid establishment of the field hospital for respiratory infectious diseases and the improvement of medical support capacity.
