摘　　要：云南省质检院计划在2025年前后搬迁至呈贡新基地,届时将对仪器设备的管理方式进行数字化升级,将粗犷的线下管理模式改为精细的线上管理模式。除基础的设备信息维护功能外,本次升级的重点是新增仪器设备数据采集和仪器动态分配的功能,并将其集成至LIMS(Library Information Management System),从而提高仪器设备的使用效率。本文从设备布局、软硬件部署和制度建设三个角度分别阐述升级策略,并对两大功能的实施预案做简要分析。The Yunnan Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute plans to relocate to the new base in Chenggong in around 2025.At that time,the management of instruments and equipment will be digitally upgraded,with the rough offl ine management mode changed into a sophisticated online management mode.In addition to the basic equipment information maintenance function,the focus of this upgrade is to add new functions for instrument data collection and equipment dynamic allocation,which will be integrated into the Library Information Management System(LIMS)to improve the usage effi ciency of instrument and equipment.This paper elaborates on upgrade strategies from three perspectives of equipment layout,software and hardware deployment,and institutional construction,and briefl y analyzes the implementation plan for the two major functions.
