弧焊设备全生命周期生态指标控制研究

摘  要:弧焊设备在生产过程中必定会产生一些污染物,如废气排放、金属烟尘、废水排放。为减少弧焊设备对环境的污染,我国于2019年自主制定了GB/T 28736—2019《电焊机能效限定值及能效等级》标准、于2022年制定了《绿色设计产品评价规范弧焊设备》等多个限制性标准文件,旨在推动弧焊设备向环境友好、绿色低碳、生态节能和可持续性的方向发展。本文从弧焊设备设计的全生命周期出发,对弧焊设备生产的原材料生产阶段、产品生产阶段、使用阶段、生命末期阶段四个阶段对资源环境造成的影响进行研究,探索了一种解决弧焊设备生产使用能源消耗过高的方法,有助于实现弧焊设备对能源资源消耗最低化、生态环境影响最小化、再生率最大化。Arc welding equipment will inevitably produce some pollutants in the production process,such as exhaust emission,metal fume and dust,and waste water discharge.In order to reduce the environmental pollution of arc welding equipment,China independently developed GB/T 28736—2019,Minimum allowable values of energy effi ciency and energy efficiency grades for welding machines,in 2019,and developed a number of restrictive standard documents such as the Assessment specifi cation of green design product—Arc welding equipment in 2022,aiming to promote the eco-friendly,green and low-carbon,ecological and energy-saving,and sustainable development of arc welding equipment.Starting from the full life cycle of arc welding equipment design,this paper studies the impact on resources and the environment caused by four stages of arc welding equipment production:raw material production,product production,use and the end of life.The paper further explores a method to avoid the excessive energy consumption in production and use of arc welding equipment,which is helpful to minimize the energy consumption of arc welding equipment,minimize the impact on ecological environment,and maximize the recycling rate.
