摘 要:国家政策、档案工作实践、技术发展为新时代机关档案工作人员在职培训的高质量发展提供了新契机。机关档案工作人员在职培训需要突破供需瓶颈、结构性瓶颈和实践瓶颈。应建立科学的培训机制、采取多元化的培训方式、加快档案培训知识的转化、创新档案在职培训形式,以实现机关档案工作人员在职培训的高质量发展。National policy,archival practice and technological development have provided new opportunities for the high-quality development of on-the-job training for institutional archival staff in the new era.On-thejob training of institutional archival staff needs to break through the bottleneck of supply and demand,structural bottleneck and practice bottleneck.A scientific training mechanism should be established,diversified training methods should be adopted,the transformation of archival training knowledge should be accelerated,and the form of archival on-the-job training should be innovated in order to realize the high-quality development of on-the-job training for institutional archival staff.
