摘　　要：目的:探究西澳菲斯特农场赤桉蜂蜜(Fewster’s Fram Jarrah Honey,FFJH)对功能性便秘模型小鼠的排便情况的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、25%-TA10+FFJH组、50%-TA10+FFJH组、75%-TA10+FFJH组以及25%-TA30+FFJH组、50%-TA30+FFJH组、75%-TA30+FFJH组。正常组与模型组小鼠灌胃蒸馏水7 d,各蜂蜜组小鼠灌胃相应剂量的蜂蜜;同时,除正常组外,其余各组于第7 d灌胃盐酸洛哌丁胺(4 mg/kg)进行造模。结果:与正常组相比,模型组小鼠首次排便时间显著延长,6 h内粪便质量显著减轻,肠推进率显著降低,表明造模成功;与模型组相比,给予25%、50%的TA10+FFJH和TA30+FFJH,便秘小鼠首次排黑便时间显著缩短,6 h排便重量、粪便粒数及含水量均有所增加,肠推进率显著升高。结论:适量摄入TA10+、TA30+的西澳菲斯特农场赤桉蜂蜜具有润肠通便的效果。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Fewster’s Fram Jarrah Honey(FFJH)on defecation in functional constipation model mice.Methods:Mice are randomly divided into normal group,model group,25%-TA10+FFJH group,50%-TA10+FFJH group,75%-TA10+FFJH group,25%-TA30+FFJH group,50%-TA30+FFJH group,and 75%-TA30+FFJH group.Normal group and model group mice are given distilled water by gavage for 7 days,while each honey group mice receive corresponding doses of honey by gavage;at the same time,except the normal group,the other groups are given loperamide hydrochloride(4 mg/kg)by gavage on the 7th day for modeling.Results:Compared with the normal group,the first defecation time of the model group mice is significantly prolonged,the fecal mass is significantly reduced within 6 hours,and the intestinal propulsion rate is significantly reduced,indicating successful modeling;compared with the model group,administration of 25%and 50%TA10+FFJH and TA30+FFJH significantly shorten the first black stool time in constipation mice,increase the weight,number of fecal particles,and water content of the stool at 6 hours,and significantly increase the intestinal propulsion rate.Conclusion:Moderate intake of TA10+and TA30+Fewster’s Fram Jarrah Honey in Western Australia have the effect of moistening intestines and relieving constipation.
