龟甲提取物作为保健食品原料增强小鼠免疫力研究

摘　　要：目的:研究龟甲提取物作为保健食品原料增强小鼠免疫力的作用。方法:设置龟甲提取物0.025 g/kg bw、0.050 g/kg bw、0.150 g/kg bw 3个剂量组,进行体液免疫检测、细胞免疫检测、单核-巨噬细胞功能检测、NK细胞活性测定。结果:龟甲提取物0.025 g/kg bw和0.050 g/kg bw剂量组小鼠溶血空斑数、OD差值、小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数a、NK细胞活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.150 g/kg bw剂量组小鼠溶血空斑数、抗体积数、OD差值、小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数a、NK细胞活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龟甲提取物作为保健食品原料具有增强细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性作用。Objective:To study the role of tortoise shell extract as a raw material for health food to enhance immunity in mice.Methods:Three dose groups of tortoise shell extract,0.025 g/kg bw,0.050 g/kg bw,and 0.150 g/kg bw,are set up for humoral immune testing,cellular immune testing,monocyte macrophage function testing,and NK cell activity testing.Results:The number of hemolytic plaques,OD difference,carbon clearance phagocytic index a,and NK cell activity in the 0.025 g/kg bw and 0.050 g/kg bw dose group of mice are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of hemolytic plaques,antibody accumulation,OD difference,carbon clearance phagocytic index a,and NK cell activity in the 0.150 g/kg bw dose group of mice are significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tortoise shell extract as a raw material for health food has the effect of enhancing cellular immunity,humoral immunity,monocyte-macrophage function and NK cell activity.
