摘  要:发用类产品、易触及眼睛的护肤产品以及眼部彩妆上市之前,必须进行眼部刺激测试,以证明该产品对眼睛是安全的。“无泪配方”是这类产品常用的宣称,但是对于“无泪配方”的评估却缺乏相关的标准。本文旨在整合眼刺激相关的评价方法,建立一套更为全面的安全性评估体系,用于筛选和评估“无泪配方”。该评价体系包括第一层级的体外眼刺激测试、体外疼痛受体激活测试,第二层级的动物测试以及第三层级的临床试用测试和临床滴注测试。通过该体系,比较了两款开发中的儿童沐浴配方,筛选出眼刺激更低、更温和的产品。研究结果表明,此评价体系可以有效筛选出“无泪配方”,并为开发这类产品提供支持数据。Before the launch of hair products,eye care products that are easy to reach,and eye makeup,eye irritation tests must be conducted to prove that the product is safe for the eyes.“Tear free formula”is a commonly used claim for this type of product,but there is a lack of relevant standards for evaluating“tear free formula”.This article aims to integrate evaluation methods related to eye irritation and establish a more comprehensive safety evaluation system for screening and evaluating“tear free formulas”.This evaluation system includes the first level of in vitro eye stimulation testing,in vitro pain receptor activation testing,the second level of animal testing and the third level of clinical trial testing,and clinical infusion testing.Through this system,two developing children’s shower formulas are compared and products with lower eye irritation and milder effects are selected.The research results indicate that this evaluation system can effectively screen out“tear free formulas”and provide supporting data for the development of such products.
