摘  要:Lgr5^(+)肠道干细胞是位于肠道隐窝中具有自我更新和分化功能的干细胞,其通过不断更新肠道上皮保障肠道功能的正常行使。本文从信号通路和微环境两方面对近年来的相关文献进行综述,阐明信号通路参与调节肠道干细胞增殖分化的机制,以及免疫细胞、微生物群等微环境因素对肠道干细胞的影响,提出其在动物生产、营养实践、临床治疗等领域的应用价值。Lgr5^(+)intestinal stem cells are stem cells located in the intestinal crypt with self-renewal and differentiation functions,which continuously update the intestinal epithelium to ensure the normal exercise of intestinal function.This article discusses the relevant literature in recent years from the perspectives of signaling pathways and microenvironment,clarifies the mechanism of signaling pathways involved in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal stem cells,and the impact of microenvironmental factors such as immune cells and microbiota on intestinal stem cells.It also proposes its application value in animal production,nutritional practice,clinical treatment,and other fields.
