摘 要:适宜的施氮量和种植密度可以改善高粱的群体结构和生长环境,从而调控高粱生理代谢过程。为了满足各产业领域对高粱产量和品质的要求,同时避免过量施用氮肥对生态环境产生的不利影响,本文详细地综述了不同施氮量与种植密度对高粱产量、产量构成因素、品质(单宁、蛋白质、淀粉、粗脂肪含量)的影响,在保证高粱产量和品质的前提下,提出了相关改善高粱群体结构、提高氮肥利用效率的建议,以期为高粱的高产高效栽培提供参考。The appropriate nitrogen application rate and planting density can improve the population structure and growth environment of sorghum,thereby regulating the physiological metabolism process of sorghum.In order to meet the requirements of various industries for sorghum yield and quality,avoid the adverse effects of excessive nitrogen fertilizer on the ecological environment,this paper provided a detailed overview on the effects of different nitrogen application rates and planting densities on yield,yield components,and quality(tannin,protein,starch,and crude fat content)of sorghum.On the premise of ensuring sorghum yield and quality,relevant suggestions were proposed to improve sorghum population structure and nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency,in order to provide references for high-yield and efficient cultivation of sorghum.
