土霉素累积特征及其对烟草幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为探究抗生素通过水、土壤和有机肥料进入烟草生产环境中对烟草幼苗生长发育的影响,本文研究了土霉素在烟草幼苗中的累积与分布特征及其对烟苗生长的影响。结果表明,土霉素可以被烟株有效吸收,同时有效积累在烟株内。土霉素对烟草幼苗生长发育有抑制作用,且随着处理时间和浓度的增加,烟草幼苗根、茎、叶中土霉素含量均增加。无土霉素处理烟草幼苗根长、茎长、最大叶面积、根鲜重、茎鲜重和叶鲜重均高于土霉素处理。随着土霉素浓度的增加,烟草幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力逐渐降低。In order to investigate the effects of antibiotics entering the tobacco production environment through water,soil and organic fertilizers on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings,this study investigated the accumulation and distribution characteristics of oxytetracycline in tobacco seedlings and its impact on tobacco seedling growth.The results showed that oxytetracycline could be effectively absorbed by tobacco plants and effectively accumulated within the plants.Oxytetracycline had an inhibitory effect on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings,and with the increase of treatment time and concentration,the content of oxytetracycline in the roots,stems and leaves of tobacco seedlings increased.The root length,stem length,maximum leaf area,fresh root weight,fresh stem weight and fresh leaf weight of tobacco seedlings treated without oxytetracycline were all higher than those treated with oxytetracycline.When the concentration of oxytetracycline increased,the chlorophyll content and root vitality of tobacco seedlings gradually decreased.
