摘  要:兰科植物拥有极高的观赏价值以及药用价值,广泛分布于陆地系统中。大多数兰科植物与菌根真菌共生生长。干旱是常见的气象灾害,影响范围广,是限制兰科植物生长发育的重要因素之一。菌根真菌与兰科植物共生可以增强兰科植物的抗旱性,促进兰科植物生长发育。本文总结了干旱对兰科植物及兰科菌根真菌的影响,从根形态、生理水平、生化水平、基因水平等方面综述了兰科菌根真菌增强兰科植物抗旱性的机制,以期为干旱条件下大规模栽培珍稀药用兰科植物提供参考。Orchids have high ornamental and medicinal value,widely distributed in the terrestrial system.Most orchids grow in symbiosis with mycorrhizal fungi.Drought is a common meteorological disaster with a wide range of impacts and is one of the important factors limiting the growth and development of orchids.The symbiosis between mycorrhizal fungi and orchids can enhance their drought resistance and promote their growth and development.This paper summarized the effects of drought on orchids and orchid mycorrhizal fungi,and reviewed the mechanisms by which orchid mycorrhizal fungi enhanced drought resistance of orchids from the aspects of root morphology,physiological level,biochemical level,gene level,etc.,in order to provide references for large-scale cultivation of precious medicinal orchids under drought conditions.
