摘　　要：乡村振兴存在农民个体、乡村组织和城乡社会等三个层面的主体,如何有效激发与提升三个层面主体参与乡村振兴的可行能力与主动性,需要制度创新来推动和实现。以新时代文明实践、制度创新推动农民个体的解放与发展,培养“爱农业、懂技术、会经营”的新型农民,以深化乡村基层党的建设制度创新来培育增强乡村各类组织建设,以深化驻村帮扶干部制度创新推动乡村振兴的全社会共同参与,是开创新时代中国乡村振兴之路的三项重要的制度创新,必须坚持并进一步完善和发展。Rural revitalization has three levels of subjects:individual farmers,rural organizations and urban and rural societies.How to effectively stimulate and enhance the feasible ability and initiative of the three levels of subjects to participate in rural revitalization requires institutional innovation to promote and realize.Promoting the emancipation and development of individual farmers through civilization practice and institutional innovation in the new era,cultivating new types of farmers who"love agriculture,know technology,and know how to run a business",fostering and strengthening various types of organizations in the countryside by deepening the innovation of the rural grass-roots party construction system,and promoting the participation of the whole society in the revitalization of the countryside by deepening the innovation of the system of cadres stationed in the villages are three key ways to open up the road of China's rural revitalization.These are three important institutional innovations to open the way of China's rural revitalization in the new era,which must be adhered to and further improved and developed.
