摘　　要：IgG_(4)是IgG的一种亚类。血清IgG_(4)升高是IgG_(4)相关性疾病的重要血清学特征,亦是疾病活动度和严重性评估的血清学指标。IgG_(4)检测的规范化对其临床应用至关重要。国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心(北京协和医院)实验诊断研究委员会、中国医师协会风湿免疫科医师分会自身抗体检测专业委员会、国家风湿病数据中心组织临床和实验室专家共同制定本共识,旨在规范IgG_(4)检测,为我国临床医生和检验人员正确应用、解读IgG_(4)的检测结果提供参考。IgG_(4)is a subclass of IgG.Elevated serum IgG_(4)levels are an important serological feature of IgG_(4)related diseases and serve as a serological marker for assessing disease activity and severity.The harmonization of IgG_(4)detection is crucial for its clinical application.National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases(Peking Union Medical College Hospital),Experimental Diagnosis Research Committee,Rheumatology and Immunology Physicians Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,Autoantibodies Detection Committee,and Chinese Rheumatism Data Center have organized clinical and laboratory experts to draft this consensus,aiming to standardize IgG_(4)detection and provide guideline for clinician and laboratory experts to appropriate utility and interpret IgG_(4)results in China.
