龙脑樟叶粉对攸县麻鸭繁殖性能、血清免疫、抗氧化和肠道健康指标的影响

摘　　要：为了探究龙脑樟叶粉对攸县麻鸭繁殖性能、血清免疫、抗氧化和肠道健康指标的影响,试验按体重相近原则将100日龄健康的攸县麻鸭公鸭、母鸭各分为2个组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组各6个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组根据前期龙脑樟粉在肉鸡、蛋鸡日粮中的适宜添加浓度,选择在基础日粮中添加3%龙脑樟叶粉,预试期7 d,正试期42 d。试验结束后统计繁殖性能指标,每个重复随机选择2只鸭进行屠宰,测定免疫性能、抗氧化指标和肠道健康指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,母鸭试验组的卵巢重和卵巢指数均显著提高(P<0.05),公鸭试验组的肝脏重极显著降低(P<0.01),肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05);母鸭试验组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)质量浓度显著提高(P<0.05);公鸭试验组的空肠和十二指肠杯状细胞数显著提高(P<0.05);公母鸭试验组盲肠食糜中的大肠杆菌、公鸭试验组的乳酸杆菌、母鸭试验组的双歧杆菌的菌落数均极显著降低(P<0.01)。说明日粮中添加3%龙脑樟叶粉可提升攸县麻鸭公鸭肠道健康水平、母鸭免疫性能,促进母鸭卵巢发育,同时降低公母鸭肠道有益与有害菌菌落数量。In order to investigate the effects of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder on the reproductive performance,serum immunity,antioxidant and intestinal health indexes of Youxian partridge ducks,according to the principle of similar weight,100-day-old healthy Youxian partridge ducks were divided into two groups,respectively,namely the control group and the experimental group.There were six replicates in each group and six birds for each replicate.The ducks in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 3%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder according to the concentration of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder in broiler and laying hens’diets.The pre-testing period lasted for 7 d,and the test period lasted for 42 d.At the end of the test,the reproductive performance indexes were counted,and two ducks were randomly selected from each repetition for slaughter.The immunity performance,antioxidant indexes and the intestinal health indexes were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the ovary weight and ovary index of the female ducks in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the liver weight of the male ducks in the test group was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the liver index was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the mass concentration of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)of the female ducks in the test group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the jejunal and duodenal goblet cell counts were significantly increased(P<0.05);the E.coli counts in the cecum cecum of male and female ducks in the test group,the Lactobacillus counts of male ducks in the test group,and the Bifidobacterium counts of female ducks in the test group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).It indicated that the addition of 3%Borneol Cinnamomum camphora leaf powder to the diet could improve the intestinal health of male ducks and the immune performance of female ducks,and promote ovarian development in female Youxian partridg
