摘  要:当前的机械化钢轨探伤仪及探伤车缺乏对与钢轨上表面垂直伤损的检出能力,特别是在焊缝探伤中,对于这种垂直伤损要采用扫查架进行探伤,效率低下。本文研究了一种轮式的串列式扫查设备,该设备可以安装到当前使用的双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪中,既实现对钢轨母材中与钢轨上表面垂直伤损的检出,也加强了对钢轨焊缝的探伤,为实现钢轨焊缝机械化高效探伤取得了突破。The current mechanized rail flaw detectors and flaw detection vehicles lack the ability to detect defects which is vertical to the surface of the rail,especially in welds defect detection.For such vertical defect,a scanning frame is used for detection,which is inefficient.This article studies a tandem scanning equipment using wheel probe,which can be installed on the currently used dual rail ultrasonic flaw detector.It not only detects defects which is vertical to the rail surface in the normal rail,but also strengthens the detection of rail welds,making a breakthrough in achieving efficient mechanical flaw detection of rail welds.
