摘 要:一次调频是电力系统抑制扰动后频率变化的重要手段,该文针对新能源电力系统一次调频备用整定问题开展研究。首先,分析新能源电源渗透率上升对系统频率响应模型阻尼比的影响,建立适用于多阻尼状态的系统频率响应模型。随后,考虑新能源电源调频动态响应的快速性与同步电源调速器限幅值的差异性,提出计及多机调速器限幅环节的系统频率响应改进模型。接着,将构建的系统频率响应改进模型等价转化到时域,建立各类电源一次调频备用与系统扰动后频率最低点的时域解析关系,并进一步提出其线性化表征方法。最后,面向扰动后频率稳定要求,在新能源电力系统经济调度问题中添加一次调频备用约束,建立新能源电力系统一次调频备用整定模型。IEEE 39节点算例仿真结果表明该文提出模型的正确性与有效性。Primary frequency regulation is an essential means for the power system to suppress frequency change after disturbance,and this paper researches the primary frequency regulation reserve settling of the renewable energy power system.First,the rising penetration rate of renewable energy power supply on the damping ratio of the system frequency response model is analyzed,and a system frequency response model applicable to multiple damping states is established.Then,considering the fast dynamic response of renewable energy power frequency regulation and the difference in synchronous power governor limiter value,the system frequency response improvement model is proposed,considering the multi-machine governor limiters.Then,the constructed system frequency response improvement model is equivalently transformed into the time domain.The time-domain analytical relationship between the primary frequency regulation reserve and the post-disturbance frequency nadir of various power supplies is established,and its linearization characterization method is further proposed.Finally,for the frequency stability requirement after disturbance,the primary frequency regulation reserve constraint is added to the new energy power system’s economic dispatch,and the renewable energy power system’s primary frequency regulation reserve settling model is established.Simulation results of the IEEE 39-bus system show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model in this paper.
