肺移植术后原发性移植物失功患者行体外膜肺氧合支持下俯卧位通气的护理

摘　　要：总结8例肺移植术后重度原发性移植物失功患者行体外膜肺氧合支持下俯卧位通气治疗的护理经验。针对该组患者液体控制、气道维护、俯卧位通气、肺康复等问题,采取精准化液体管理、加强肺水肿期间气道管理、基于患者安全的综合措施、早期肺康复训练等护理措施。7例患者顺利转入移植病房,1例因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。The nursing experience of prone position ventilation supported by extracor-poreal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in 8 patients with severe primary graft dysfunction(PGD)after lung transplantation.We adopted precise fluid management,enhanced airway management during pulmonary edema,comprehensive measures based on patient safety and early pulmonary rehabilitation training to deal with the patient’s fluid control,airway maintenance,prone position,pulmonary rehabilitation and other issues.7 patients were eventually transferred to the transplantation ward successfully,while one patient died of multiple organ failure.
