摘　　要：总结1例急性心肌梗死患者左心室辅助装置植入术后并发下腔静脉血栓的护理体会。针对患者术后发生下腔静脉血栓、意识改变和心律失常并发症等问题,做好抗凝管理及预防出血、通过识别心律失常及早应对、严格做好感染控制、针对患者疾病进展给予早期康复运动等措施。经治疗和护理,术后第63天由ICU转入普通病房继续治疗。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with inferior vena cava thrombosis complicated after left ventricular assist device implantation.For patients with postoperative inferior vena cava thrombosis,changes in consciousness,and complications of arrhythmia,anticoagulation management and bleeding prevention should be done well,and early countermeasures should be taken by identifying arrhythmia.We did a good job in infection control,and provided early rehabilitation exercises and other measures for the disease progression.After treatment and nursing,he was transferred from the ICU to the general ward 63 days later.
