摘 要:基于新时期“双碳”目标,对黄河流域能源生态效率的时空演变规律进行研究。测算中考虑到清洁化能源的影响,构造非径向方向性距离函数,结合非期望产出SBM超效率模型,测算黄河流域8个省(区)及55个地级市的能源生态效率,并分析节能减排路径。研究发现:黄河流域能源生态效率在研究期内呈现多阶段时序变化特点。流域内空间集聚现象显著,低-低集聚数量最多,分布在上游地区;低-高集聚和高-高集聚次之,分布在中游和下游的山东省。用二维矩阵图将55个地级市划分为A、B、C区域,其中C区域表现最好,A、B两个区域可采取双边或单边的节能减排路径向C区域过渡。据此,测算黄河流域节能减排潜力,并提出针对性建议。Based on the goal of“double carbon”in the new era,the spatial-temporal evolution of energy eco-efficiency in the Yellow River Basin was studied.This research constructed a non-radial directional distance function taking into account the impact of clean energy,estimated the energy eco-efficiency of 8 provinces and 55 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin combining with the SBM super-efficiency model of non-expected output,analyzed the path of energy-saving and emission-reduction.The results find that:the energy eco-efficiency of the Yellow River Basin shows a multi-stage time-series change during the study period;the spatial agglomeration phenomenon in the watershed is significant,and the low-low agglomeration is the largest,distributing in the upper reaches,followed by low-high agglomeration and high-high agglomeration,distributing in the middle reaches and downstream Shandong Province.Based on this,the energy-saving and emission-reduction potential of the Yellow River Basin is calculated to put forward targeted suggestions,and the 55 prefecture-level cities are divided into A,B,and C areas by using a two-dimensional matrix map.Among them,the C area performs the best,and the A and B areas could adopt a bilateral or unilateral energy-saving and emission-reduction path to transition to C area.
