摘　　要：“双碳”目标及其政策直接影响煤炭企业绿色转型行为,也通过行业结构、竞争结构等中介变量,间接影响企业行为。结合“SCP”分析模型,对这一间接影响中的传导机制进行了重点分析;同时从有形驱动和无形驱动2方面,分析了“双碳”目标引领煤炭企业绿色转型的内在作用机理,并提出煤炭企业绿色转型的实现路径,包括以新发展理念为指导,制定绿色发展战略;依托数字化、智能化技术,提升绿色生产效率;以金融市场为支撑,开发绿色低碳新业务;以环境规制为引领,构建可持续组织结构。The“double carbon”target and its policies directly affect the green transformation behavior of coal enterprises,and also indirectly affect the behavior of enterprises through intermediary variables such as industry structure and competition structure.By combining the“SCP”analysis model,the transmission mechanism of this indirect influence is analyzed;meanwhile,the inner mechanism of the green transformation of coal enterprises led by the“dual carbon”target is analyzed from both the tangible and intangible drivers,and the following is proposed.The path of green transformation of coal enterprises,including formulating green development strategy guided by new development concept,improving green production efficiency by relying on digital and intelligent technology,developing new green and low-carbon business supported by financial market,and building sustainable organizational structure led by environmental regulation.
