摘　　要：以“合成百年神药阿司匹林”为项目学习主题,以认识羧酸及其衍生物、明确阿司匹林的制备原理、设计阿司匹林的合成方案、合成阿司匹林、优化阿司匹林合成方案为关键项目任务,呈现大学有机化学理论教学和实验教学相结合的项目式教学设计思路和教学实践过程。The theme of this learning project is"Synthesis of Centennial Drug Aspirin".The key tasks of the project-based teaching include understanding carboxylic acids and their deriva-tives,clarifying the preparation principle of aspirin,designing a synthesis for aspirin,synthesi-zing aspirin and optimizing it.The project presents the design approach to a project-based teach-ing task of college chemistry,which combines theoretical and experimental teaching,and its practical teaching process.
