低甲醛免烫整理剂TF-650对全棉斜纹机织物的抗皱整理效果

摘　　要：文章采用低甲醛免烫整理剂TF-650对全棉斜纹机织物进行抗皱整理,探究了免烫整理剂用量、整理液pH值、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对织物总折皱回复角、经向强力损失、甲醛含量、白度的影响。优化的工艺条件为:TF-650用量90 g/L,整理液pH值4,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间1 min。采用此工艺整理后的织物抗皱性能较好,经向强力损失小,甲醛含量较低,白度变化小,能够满足客户要求。The ultra-low formaldehyde non-iron finishing agent TF-650 was used for anti-wrinkle finishing on cotton twills.The paper examined how the quantity of no-iron finishing agent,the pH value of the solution,and the baking temperature and time affect the wrinkle recovery angle,loss in warp-wise strength,formaldehyde content,and the whiteness of the fabric.The results indicate that the best process conditions for cotton twill are as follows:using 90 g/L of non-iron finishing agent TF-650,setting the pH value of the finishing solution to 4,and baking the fabrics at 160°C for 1 minute.The finished fabric has improved wrinkle resistance,minimal loss in warp-wise strength,reduced formaldehyde content,and a slight change in whiteness,to meet customer requirements.
