摘　　要：文章针对珍珠纹水刺非织造布生产中对产品质量影响较大的布面风格和厚度指标两个关键点,通过对纤维混合比例、梳理机输出纤维占比、牵伸力、水刺压力、含水率等参数的控制,从实验数据和产品风格的对比中,总结经验、分析内因,以提升产品质量,满足不同客户的需求。The paper centers on two key elements that have a profound effect on the quality of our products-surface style and thickness index-as they pertain to the manufacturing of pearl-patterned spunlace nonwovens.Through the control of parameters such as fiber blending ratio,carded fiber percentage,drawing,water pressure,and moisture content,the paper compares the experimental data and diversified styles and analyzes relevant reasons,so as to improve the product quality to meet different needs of customers.
