摘　　要：文章采用生物基雅赛尔^(■)纤维与天然亚麻搭配,开发出服用麻感面料。在环保可持续的基础上,降低面料刺痒感,提高穿着舒适度。同时通过竹节纱形式保留亚麻面料的质朴风格,结合织造工艺措施、染整工艺中碱浓度及助剂用量的控制,有效保证了染色一致性和面料强力,能够满足客户需求。Pairing bio-based Gracell^(■)fibers with natural flax creates linen-feeling fabrics for clothing.This not only prioritizes environmental sustainability but also reduces itchiness and improves overall comfort when wearing.Meanwhile,the rustic style of linen fabrics is retained through slubby yarn.Using the weaving process,controlling the alkali concentration,and adjusting the dosage of auxiliaries during dyeing and finishing can guarantee the consistency of dyeing and the strength of the fabrics,meeting the expectations of customers.
