摘  要:复合板被广泛应用于汽车工业、航空航天、国防军工等各大领域,起皱失稳是复合板塑性成形过程中影响零件质量的主要问题之一,而目前能够准确复现复合板起皱形貌的数值模拟模型的建立方式尚不明晰。因此本文以方板对角拉伸试验(YBT)作为对比验证对象,在ABAQUS软件中采用特征值屈曲分析分别与动力显式和静力通用两种常规算法相结合的buckle-dynamic算法以及buckle-static算法,对选用不同建模方式和单元类型建立的模型,以起皱高度、厚向位移和应变云图等为评估依据,进行了起皱形貌模拟对比分析。结果表明,采用buckle-static算法对复合层建模方式建立的常规壳模型分析所得结果的综合性能最佳。若模拟工况复杂或计算不易收敛,分析方法也可选用buckle-dynamic算法。Composite plates are widely used in various fields such as automobile,aerospace,national defense,and military industries.Wrinkling instability is one of the main defects impairing the quality of plastic-forming parts of composite plates,and it is not clear how to establish a numerical model that can accurately reproduce the wrinkling morphology of composite plates.To solve this problem,Yoshida buckling test(YBT)of a square plate was taken as the comparison and verification object,and the buckle-dynamic algorithm and buckle-static algorithm,which combined the eigenvalue buckling analysis with dynamic explicit and static general algorithms respectively,were adopted in ABAQUS software.Several models were created by using different modeling methods and unit types.The wrinkle morphology was simulated and analyzed with wrinkling height,thickness-direction displacement and strain nephogram as the evaluation indexes.The results show that the conventional shell model established by composite-layup modeling method and calculated by buckle-static algorithm has the best comprehensive performance.If the simulation condition is complex or the calculation is difficult to converge,buckle-dynamic algorithm can also be used for analysis.
