摘  要:【目的】掌握2022年乌鲁木齐市牛、羊包虫病的感染情况。【方法】采用包虫病抗体ELISA检测试剂盒对从乌鲁木齐市采集的835份非免疫牛、羊血清进行包虫病抗体检测和分析。【结果】所有样品的检测结果显示,牛、羊平均包虫病抗体阳性率为20.96%,其中牛为4.24%,羊为31.88%;对比不同区(县)检测结果,全市8个区(县)的羊均检出包虫病抗体阳性,其中乌鲁木齐县羊阳性率最高,为73.33%;牛有3个区(县)检出阳性,其中头屯河区的牛阳性率最高,为15.00%;对比散养户、规模场、活畜交易市场、屠宰场不同场点检测结果,牛散养户抗体阳性率为7.18%,其他场点阳性率均为0.00%,羊的抗体阳性率分别为36.21%、38.25%、16.67%、3.33%;对比牧区、半农半牧区、农区不同养殖环境检测结果,牛的抗体阳性率分别为0.00%、3.03%、7.50%,羊的抗体阳性率分别为50.00%、46.78%、20.09%。【结论】从全市采集的835份非免疫牛、羊血清中检出包虫病抗体阳性样本,说明我市牛、羊均存在包虫病的感染;对于不同采样场点,牛只有散养户检出阳性,羊是各类场点均检出阳性,其中,散养户和规模场的羊抗体阳性率均超过30.00%,且活畜市场和屠宰场的羊也检出抗体阳性,说明乌鲁木齐市流通环节和屠宰环节羊存在包虫病的感染;对于不同养殖环境,牧区、半农半牧区和农区的羊检测抗体阳性率均高于牛,说明乌鲁木齐市整体上羊的包虫病感染情况比牛的严重,尤其是乌鲁木齐县的羊,建议有关部门和养殖场(户)尽快采取措施加强防控。【Objective】In order to determine the infection status of echinococcosis among cattle and sheep in Urumqi City in 2022.【Methods】835 serum samples collected from non-immunized cattle and sheep in Urumqi City were detected and analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits.【Results】As revealed by the detection of all the samples,the positive echinococcosis prevalence for cattle and sheep averaged 20.96%,which was 4.24%in cattle and 31.88%in sheep,respectively.According to the results from different districts(counties),positive antibodies against echinococcosis were detected in sheep from 8 districts(counties)of the city,with sheep from Urumqi County peaking at 73.33%.Meanwhile,positive antibodies were detected in cattle from 3 districts(counties),with cattle from Toutunhe District in the highest prevalence of 15.00%.As indicated by the results from different sampling sites(i.e.,free-range households,large-scale farms,livestock markets and slaughterhouses),the echinococcosis prevalence for cattle in free-range households was 7.18%,which was 0.00%for the rest of the sampling sites.The echinococcosis prevalences of 36.21%,38.25%,16.67%and 3.33%were detected respectively in sheep from the four sampling sites.As far as the breeding environment was concerned,the detected results revealed that cattle from three different breeding areas(i.e.,pasturing areas,farming-pasturing areas and farming areas)varied in echinococcosis prevalences of 0.00%,3.03%and 7.50%,and sheep of 50.00%,46.78%and 20.09%.【Conclusions】Positive antibodies against echinococcosis were detected in 835 serum samples collected from non-immunized cattle and sheep in Urumqi,suggesting that both cattle and sheep in Urumqi had been infected with echinococcosis.As for cattle from different sampling sites,positive antibodies were detected in those from free-range households only.However,positive antibodies were detected in sheep from all kinds of sampling sites.Unexceptionally the echinococcosis prevalence of sheep from free-range hou
