摘 要:【目的】为探究不同光照处理下鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)种子萌发特性。【方法】本研究采用单因素方差分析法对七份不同来源的鸭茅材料进行分析。【结果】不同光照处理下宝兴鸭茅材料发芽率均显著高于其他6份材料,其中有光处理下15 d内宝兴鸭茅材料发芽率显著高于阿勒泰野生鸭茅和昭苏野生鸭茅材料,而在无光处理下宝兴鸭茅材料发芽率显著高于阿勒泰野生鸭茅和昭苏野生鸭茅材料;不同光照处理下不同鸭茅材料根长和芽长均存在显著差异。有光处理下宝兴鸭茅材料的根长和芽长最长,分别为6.69 cm、4.34 cm,而无光处理下美国俄勒冈的芽长最长,为3.12 cm;不同光照处理下宝兴鸭茅材料的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均表现为最高。在有光处理下昭苏野生鸭茅材料的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最低,而在无光处理下则是阿勒泰野生鸭茅材料的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最低;7份不同来源的鸭茅种质材料在光照条件下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及根长均高于遮光处理。【结论】不同光照处理下鸭茅种子萌发特性的分析对于揭示鸭茅种子萌发具有重要的意义。【Objective】In order to explore the germination characteristics of Dactylis glomerata L.seeds under different light treatments.【Methods】One-way ANOVA was used to analyze seven Dactylis glomerata L.materials from different sources.【Results】Under different light treatment,the germination rate of Dactylis glomerata L.from Baoxing was significantly higher than that of other six materials,in which the germination rate of Baoxing materials was significantly higher than that of Altay and Zhaosu materials within 15 d under the light treatment,while the germination rate of Baoxing materials under the no light treatment was significantly higher than that of Altay and Zhaosu materials,There were significant differences in root and shoot lengths of different Dactylis glomerata L.materials under different light treatments.Under light treatment,the root lengths of Baoxing materials were the longest,where were 6.69 cm and 4.34 cm,respectively,while under no light treatment,the bud length of Dactylis glomerata L.from Oregon of USA was the longest(3.12 cm).The germination rate,germination energy and germination index of Baoxing materials were the highest under different light treatments.Under light treatment,the germination rate,germination energy and germination index of Zhaosu materials were the lowest,while under no light treatment,the germination rate,germination energy and germination index of Altay materials were the lowest.In addition,the germination rate,germination energy,germination index and root length of 7 materials from different sources were higher under light treatment than those of no light treatment.【Conclusion】The analysis of germination characteristics of Dactylis glomerata L.seeds under different light treatments was of great significance to reveal the seed germination.
