摘　　要：【目的】牧草产业高质量发展对推动新疆畜牧业转型升级意义重大。本文旨在探讨新疆牧草产业高质量发展路径。【方法】文章基于新疆牧草产业发展概况,归纳总结了当前牧草产业高质量发展过程中存在的问题,提出新时期新疆牧草产业高质量发展的路径。【结果】现阶段,新疆草地资源丰富、草原放牧牲畜达上线、人工饲草种植达上万亩,但存在粮经饲结构不合理、科技投入不足、产业链松散等问题,新疆牧草产业高质量发展需发挥现行政策优势,拓展饲草进口途径、健全牧草全产业链、研发优质牧草等。【结论】以期为推动新疆牧草产业的高质量发展,实现畜牧业的健康可持续发展提供经验借鉴。【Objective】The advancement of the forage industry’s high-quality growth is crucial for fostering the transformation and elevation of Xinjiang’s livestock sector.This study investigates the avenues for achieving such high-quality development within Xinjiang’s pasture industry.【Methods】Evaluating the progress within Xinjiang’s pasture industry,this study identifies prevailing impediments undermining its high-quality development and articulates strategies suited to the current juncture【Results】Presently,with an abundance of grassland resources,substantial livestock grazing,and extensive cultivation of artificial forage,Xinjiang exhibits potential;however,issues persist,such as imbalances in feed grain types,economic constraints,suboptimal feeding practices,meager investment in technology,and a fragmented industry chain.To escalate the pasture industry’s high-quality development,it is essential to leverage existing policy benefits,broaden forage import pathways,fortify the industry chain,and innovate in the cultivation of superior pasture varieties.【Conclusion】Promoting the high-quality development of the pasture industry in Xinjiang is a strategy aimed at ensuring the livestock sector’s robust and sustainable progression.The insights and recommendations presented herein are intended to bolster practical experience and guide investment and policymaking for the regional pastoral and livestock domains.
