摘　　要：垃圾处理中心修建洗车台的目的是解决垃圾运输车辆的“滴撒漏”问题。重点阐述了PLC洗车台的工作原理,并详细说明了洗车台设备操作、保养以及检修流程。通过在维修过程中不断积累经验,并记录各种常见故障的处理流程,总结出解决故障的常规处理方法。The purpose of building the car wash platform in the center is to solve the problem of"dripping and leakage"of garbage transportation vehicles.This paper focuses on the working principle of PLC car wash,and details the operation,maintenance and overhaul process of car wash equipment.Through the continuous accumulation of experience in the maintenance process,recording the treatment process of various common faults,the conventional treatment methods to solve the faults are summarized.
