摘  要:光伏发电具有随机性、间歇性及反调峰特性,“光伏+储能”模式特点之一是可以利用储能装置平滑光伏出力曲线,使光伏和储能形成的“虚拟电厂”更好地适应系统需求。基于此特点,对东北地区负荷特性下的光伏+储能出力特性耦合进行分析,研究“光伏+储能”系统运行策略,分析基于光伏+储能出力特性耦合的东北电网新能源消纳情况。Photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of randomness,intermittency,and anti peak regulation.One of the characteristics of"photovoltaic+energy storage"mode is suppressing photovoltaic output fluctuation using energy storage devices,making"virtual power plant"formed by photovoltaic and energy storage better adapt to system requirements.Based on this characteristic,the coupledi output characteristics of photovoltaic+energy storage under load characteristics in Northeast China was analyzed,and operation strategy of"photovoltaic+energy storage"system was studied to determine its utility in facilitating absorption and consumption of new energy.
