摘 要:随着变电站智能化应用的不断发展,对变电站的各项调试工作提出了更高的要求和目标。在各项调试工作中,变电站对点调试工作周期长、任务重,因此改进对点调试进度是加快变电站投运的关键,对远动通信的自动快速对点的研究就迫在眉睫。结合硬件和软件两大模块设计来实现智能变电站的自动快速对点。通过各模块间的联动设计,以变电站描述文件SCD模型为导入对象,构建智能变电站自动对点仿真模型,再结合远动RCD文件所包含转发关系,按照预设对点顺序依次完成站控层装置通过远动网关转发至调度主站的自动对点。结果表明,智能变电站自动对点装置有效加快了对点进度,节约了大量的人工成本和时间成本,实现了对点信息的自动验证和对点过程重要数据的完整记录。The continuous development of smart substation applications heightens requirements and goals for the commissioning of substations.In all kinds of commissioning,point-to-point commissioning of substation has a long cycle and heavy task.Hence the efficiency improvement of point-to-point commissioning is of crucial significance,and it is urgent to study automatic and fast point checking method for telecontrol communication.In this paper,hardware and software modules are designed to realize automatic and fast point checking of smart substations.Through the linkage design between each module,the automatic point checking simulation model is established with SCD model of substation description file as the import object.Combined with forwarding relationships contained in the telecontrol RCD file,the automatic point checking transmission from station control layer devices to dispatching master station through telecontrol gateway is performed according to the preset checking sequence.The results show that the automatic point checking device can help in effectively accelerating point-to-point commissioning of smart substations,saving remarkably labor and time costs,and realizing automatic verification of point checking information and complete recording of important data.
