摘 要:目前,芯片和电子器件的性能提高导致电路和芯片散热问题越来越突出,因此需设计高效电子冷却系统,其主要采用蒸汽压缩式制冷方式。针对基于电子冷却的微型蒸汽压缩制冷系统,设置固定制冷负荷为101.4 W,对电子芯片冷却微型制冷系统开展实验。实验结果显示,充注量为120 g、毛细管长度为3 m时,实验系统整体性能良好。Boosting performance of chips and electronic devices has currently led to increasingly prominent heat dissipation issues in circuits and chips.Therefore,it is necessary to design efficient electronic cooling systems,with steam compression refrigeration as the main cooling mechanism.For a micro vapor compression refrigeration system based on electronic cooling,experiments were conducted on the miniature refrigeration system with a fixed refrigeration load of 101.4 W.The experimental results show that the cooling system with a filling amount of 120 g and a capillary length of 3 m can achievesatisfactory overall performance.
