摘  要:随着“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的提出,对高压变电设备的安全稳定绿色运行提出了更高要求。以SF6气体作为绝缘介质的断路器、气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)等,随着投运年限的增长,受内外环境变化的影响,漏气问题日益显现,尤以气室连接法兰处最明显。同时,作为变电核心设备的变压器部件油渗漏问题也日渐突出。为及时消除类似缺陷以稳定电网设备运行及减少生态污染,对带电带压止漏技术进行了探讨研究,遵循“先疏后堵”的原则,针对设备连接法兰处漏气渗油等问题研制了专用堵漏工具。经现场实践应用验证,该堵漏工具取得了良好的应用效果,为相关行业解决类似问题提供了一种思路。The goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutralization"has posed higher requirements for safe,stable and green operation of high voltage substation equipment.With the increase of equipment operation years and the impact of internal and external environment changes,cirtuit breakers and gas insulated substation(GIS)with SF 6 gas as insulation substance are encountering increasingly serious problem of equipment leakage,especially at the connecting flange of gas chamber.Besides,transformers as core equipment of substation also frequently suffer oil leakage problems.In order to promptly eliminate similar defects so as to stabilize the operation of power grid equipment and reduce ecological pollution,the present work studied and discussed the live and decompression-free leakage sealing technology.Following the principle of"dredging first and sealing later",specific leakage sealing tools were developed for the problems of air leakage and oil leakage at the connecting flange of equipment.On-site practice verified the satisfactory applicative utility of the developed sealing tools,which may be useful for coping with similar problems.
