摘  要:GIS设备的电场强度和温升在设备运行过程中至关重要。通过有限元仿真模拟分析了35kV大电流电缆罐关键部位的电场强度及温升情况,通过电场仿真分析找到电场强度的最大位置并通过结构优化设计将最大场强值降低至计算参考值之下,顺利通过耐压试验;通过温度场仿真分析,充分考虑导体及壳体的散热系数,导体及壳体材料不同对于温度的相互影响关系等因素。经仿真分析与实际温升试验对比分析,可以验证仿真分析的可行性及准确性,为以后的产品研发提供一定的理论基础和参考。The electric field strength and temperature rise of GIS equipment are very important in its operation.In this paper,the electric field strength and temperature rise of the key parts of the 35 kV high current cable tank are analyzed by finite element simulation,and the maximum position of the electric field strength is found through the electric field simulation analysis.Through structural optimization design,the maximum electric field strength is reduced to a value lower than the calculated reference,and the withstand voltage test is successfully passed.Through simulation analysis of temperature field,by fully considering the heat dissipation coefficient of conductor and shell and mutual influence of different materials of conductor and shell on temperature,the comparison between simulation analysis and actual temperature rise test can verify the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation analysis,and provide some theoretical basis and reference for future product research and development.
