摘 要:在火力发电厂电液调节系统中,常使用磷酸酯抗燃油作为液压传动介质。泡沫特性是抗燃油运行监督的一项重要指标。泡沫特性超标会带来一系列危害,如引起机械的振动和噪声,造成油的溢流和渗漏,影响自动控制和操作的准确性,导致润滑部件的磨损等。通过对某发电厂油动机密封用凡士林引起抗燃油泡沫特性异常进行理论分析,开展实验室模拟实验,验证了凡士林以及润滑油均能引起抗燃油泡沫特性数据一定程度增长。该结论对于提高发电厂抗燃油运行监督管理水平、保障机组安全稳定运行具有重要意义。Phosphate ester fire-resistant oil is usually used as hydraulic transmission medium in electro-hydraulic regulating system of thermal plants.Foam characteristics are an important operational indicator of fire resistant oil.The overstandard foam characteristics will bring a series of hazards,such as mechanical vibration and noise,oil overflow and leakage,impact on accuracy of automatic control and operation,and wear of lubrication parts.The present work performs theoretical analysis and laboratory simulation of abnormal foam characteristics of fire resistant oil caused by Vaseline sealant of hydraulic motors in a certain thermal plant,concluding that Vaseline and lubricating oil can both cause the increase of fire resistant oil foam characteristics to a certain extent.The conclusion is of great significance to improving supervision and management level of in-plant fire resistant oil,and ensuring safe and stable operation of units.
