摘 要:目前,变电站普遍缺乏防止二次压板误操作的技防措施,而变电站广泛采用的微机防误系统虽然具备完善的一次设备的“五防”功能,但对于由二次压板漏投退、误投退或不按规定顺序投退等原因导致的电气误操作缺乏技术措施。为此,提出一种变电站二次压板防误操作解决方案,在现有变电站微机防误系统基础上,扩展软件与硬件模块,通过增加二次压板实时状态采集功能,建立二次压板模型及防误逻辑规则,并将二次压板防误操作纳入变电站微机防误系统统一实现。Substations generally lack technological measures to prevent undesirable operations of secondary pressure plates currently.The preventing electric mal-operation system with computer(PEMS)widely used in substations has the"five prevention"function for perfect primary equipment,but lacks technological measures against omitting,misperforming and missequencing entry/exit of secondary pressure plates.This paper proposes a solution for anti-mal-operation of secondary pressure plates in substations.The scheme expands the software and hardware modules on the basis of the existing PEMS system of substation,and establishes plate model and prevention logic rules by integrating real-time state acquisition function.Moreover,it introduces real-time state of secondary pressure plate into the PEMS system of the substation.
