摘 要:2019年初出台的《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》明确提出加强周边区域向大湾区以及大湾区城市间送电通道等主干电网建设,完善城镇输配电网络,提高电网输电能力和抗风险能力,保障大湾区远景电力安全可靠供应。因此,在总结大湾区电力发展及未来面临挑战的基础上,分析了湾区电网未来的发展需求,并提出粤港澳大湾区电力互联规划方案设想和相关建议。In early 2019,"Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"is introduced,which clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of main power grids such as power transmission channels from surrounding areas to the Greater Bay Area and between cities in the Greater Bay Area,improve urban power transmission and distribution networks,enhance grids′transmission capacity and risk tolerance,and ensure long-term safe and reliable electric supply of the Greater Bay Area.On the basis of summarizing the foundation of power development in the Greater Bay Area and the near-future challenges,this paper analyzes development needs of the Greater Bay Area power grid,and proposes ideas and relevant suggestions for power interconnection planning.
