摘  要:对制导装备贮存过程中贮存环境对其性能及寿命的影响机理进行了分析,通过分析得到影响制导装备性能的主要环境因素包括温度、湿度、通-断电。其中,温度的主要影响机理是引起力学性能、电器性能和化学反应速度的变化,湿度的影响机理是水膜、凝露的形成和产品的吸湿,通-断电的影响机理是元器件参数漂移。通过分析不同环境影响制导装备性能及寿命的影响机理,对采取有针对性的维护预防措施并提高制导装备的环境适应能力具有重要的指导意义,同时对贮存过程中的环境控制具有重要的实际意义,对于提高装备的可靠性和保障性具有重要的战略意义。The influence mechanism of storage environment on the performance and life of guidance equipment during storage is analyzed.Through analysis,it is found that the main environmental factors affecting the performance of guidance equipment include temperature,humidity and turn-off.Among them,the main influence mechanism of temperature is the change of mechanical properties,electrical properties and chemical reaction speed,the influence mechanism of humidity is the formation of water film and condensation and the hygroscopicity of the product,the influence mechanism of on-off is the drift of component parameters.By analyzing the in-fluence mechanism of different environments on the performance and life of guidance equipment,it is of great significance to take targeted maintenance and preventive measures and improve the environmental adaptability of guidance equipment,and also of great practical significance to the environmental control in the process of storage,and of great strategic significance to the im-provement of the reliability and security of the equipment.
