青海省公路特殊路段安全设施设计的思考

摘　　要：近年来,随着国民经济的增长以及人民生活水平的日益提高,省汽车保有量达到130万辆以上。随着车流量的增加,交通安全事故的发生率也随之增加,尤其是在公路特殊路段。本文首先对特殊路段的内容进行了阐述,然后结合我省地形等实际情况,针对部分特殊路段容易发生交通事故的原因进行分析,进而提出交通安全设施综合设计的具体措施,尽可能地降低交通事故的发生,避免二次交通事故带来的影响,为省在公路特殊路段的交通安全设施综合设计提供参考,确保交通安全设施发挥其应有的作用。In recent years,with the growth of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the number of cars in province has reached more than 1.3 million.With the increase of traffic flow,the incidence of traffic accidents also increases,especially in the special section of highway.This paper first expounds the content of special sections,and then analyzes the causes of traffic accidents that are prone to occur on some special sections in combination with the actual situation such as the terrain of our province,and then puts forward specific measures for the comprehensive design of traffic safety facilities,so as to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents as far as possible and avoid the impact of secondary traffic accidents.It provides reference for the comprehensive design of traffic safety facilities in special sections of highway in province to ensure that the traffic safety facilities play their due role.
