摘 要:随着交通强国的不断深入,高速公路也迎来了建设高峰期,通常高速公路项目具有建设规模大、施工周期长的特点。作为参与建设的施工企业如何在施工过程中进行有效的组织和管理以减少亏损,并获利是施工企业所面临的重要问题。本文以青海省近年来的新建高速项目为依托,分析了在施工企业在项目成本管理中存在的问题,并提出一些成本管理方面的管理措施,以供同类项目在施工阶段的成本管理中作参考。With the continuous deepening of the transportation power,the expressway has also ushered in the construction peak.Generally,the expressway project has the characteristics of large construction scale and long construction period.As a construction enterprise participating in construction,how to carry out effective organization and management in the construction process to reduce losses and make profits is an important problem faced by construction enterprises.Based on the newly-built high-speed projects in Qinghai Province in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the project cost management of construction enterprises,and puts forward some management measures in cost management for reference in the cost management of similar projects in the construction stage.
