摘　　要：介绍了某供氮气源膜片式泄压阀异常打开原因的排查过程,分析可能造成泄压阀异常打开的原因,并针对可能原因进行试验验证和排查,通过气候模拟、能谱对源区成分分析等方法,对排查中发现的具体问题进行具体分析,最终发现故障原因并得出结论。This paper introduces the checking process of abnormal opening of a diaphragm pressure relief valve for nitrogen supply,analyzes the reasons that may cause abnormal opening of the pressure relief valve,and tests and checks the possible reasons,by means of climate simulation and energy spectrum analysis of the source area,the specific problems found in the investigation are analyzed,and the fault reasons are finally found and concluded.
