摘 要:将聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维、碳纤维(CF)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维和聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维4种短纤维添加到四丙氟橡胶(FEPM)中制备复合材料FEPM/PPTA、FEPM/CF、FEPM/PTFE、FEPM/PBO,并研究了复合材料的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热性能和耐热氧老化性能。结果表明:FEPM/CF的扭矩差(MH-ML)最大、综合力学性能最佳,FEPM/PPTA与FEPM/PBO的耐热性和耐热氧老化性优于其他两种复合材料。Composite FEPM/PPTA、FEPM/CF、FEPM/PTFE and FEPM/PBO were prepared by adding four short fibers poly-p-benzoyl-p-phenylenediamine(PPTA)fiber,carbon fiber(CF),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fiber and poly-p-phenylbenzoxazole(PBO)fiber to tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber(FEPM).The vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,heat resistance and heat oxygen aging properties of composite material were studied.The results show that FEPM/CF has the largest torque difference(M_H-M_L)and the best comprehensive mechanical properties.The heat resistance and heat oxygen aging resistance of FEPM/PPTA and FEPM/PBO are superior to the other two composites.
