摘  要:针对超高分子量聚乙烯在二维织物中容易产生滑移,造成织物防刺破性能下降的问题,构建出4种角联锁织物,并采用有限元分析方法,研究了4种角联锁织物经纬向刺破性能并将准静态实验结果和模拟结果对比,揭示了织物在标准刀具刺破下的损伤机理。结果表明:有限元分析可以较为准确地还原织物在刀具刺破下的力学响应;根据织物损伤应力云图,对于角联锁织物,真正起到防刺作用的是经纱,因此可以选择高强度经纱并提高经纱密度来提高织物的防刺破性能。Aimed at the problem that UHMWPE is easy to slip in two-dimensional fabric and reduce the anti-puncture performance of the fabric,four kinds of angular interlocking fabrics were constructed,and the warp and weft puncturing properties of four kinds of angular interlocking fabrics were studied by finite element analysis method.The quasi-static experimental results were compared with the simulation results to reveal the damage mechanism of fabrics punctured by standard cutting tools.The results show that the finite element analysis can accurately restore the mechanical response of fabric under a cutting tool.According to the fabric damage stress cloud map,the warp that really plays a role in preventing punctures for angular interlocking fabrics can be selected with high-strength warp and increased warp density to improve the anti-puncturing performance of the fabric.
