摘 要:为了探究萘环占比对聚芳酯性能的影响,通过乙酰化单体4-乙酰氧基苯甲酸(ABA)和6-乙酰氧基-2-萘甲酸(ANA)熔融聚合两步法制备了不同比例的HBA/HNA含萘环液晶聚芳酯,并分析其结构与性能。为研究热处理对熔融及结晶行为的影响,对含不同萘环比例的液晶聚芳酯进行300℃下的热处理。结果表明:萘环单体HNA能够破坏分子链的线性结构,有效降低聚芳酯的熔点;不同比例的含萘环液晶聚芳酯在热处理后表现出不一样的熔融结晶行为,B70-N30聚芳酯随着热处理时间的延长,熔点与结晶温度都逐渐升高(熔点从213.1℃逐渐升高至277.6℃),而B90-N10聚芳酯则呈现出相反的趋势(熔点从311.6℃逐渐降低至290.1℃),表明B70-N30聚芳酯熔融温度的可调可控性较好。To reveal the influence of naphthalene ring to properties of polyarylate,different proportions of HBA/HNA liquid crystal polyarylates containing naphthalene ring were prepared by two-step melt polymerization of acetylated monomers 4-acetoxy-benzoic acid(ABA)and 6-acetoxy-2-naphthoic acid(ANA).The structure and properties of liquid crystal polyarylates containing naphthalene ring were analyzed.To investigate the effect of heat treatment on the melting and crystallization behavior of liquid crystal polyarylates containing naphthalene rings,liquid crystal polyarylates containing naphthalene rings were heat-treated at 300℃.The results showed that the naphthalene ring monomer HNA can disrupt the linear structure of the molecular chain and effectively reduce the melting point of polyarylates;Different proportions of liquid crystal polyarylates containing naphthalene ring exhibited different melting and crystallization behaviors after heat-treatment.The melting point and crystallization temperature of B70-N30 polyarylate gradually increase with the extension of heat-treatment time(melting point gradually increases from 213.1℃to 277.6℃),while B90-N10 polyarylate showed the opposite trend(melting point gradually decreases from 311.6℃to 290.1℃),indicating that B70-N30 polyarylate has better adjustable and controllable melting temperature.
