摘 要:为研究多元复合阻燃纱线中混纺比对纱线性能的影响规律,以芳纶1313纤维、阻燃黏胶和阻燃锦纶长丝为原料,纺制11种二元复合阻燃纱线和9种三元复合阻燃纱线,探究了芳纶1313纤维含量变化对纱线条干均匀度、纱线强力、毛羽指数、耐磨性能的影响。实验结果表明:纤维混纺比对混纺纱线的条干均匀性影响不显著,仅与纤维本身性能有关;多元复合阻燃纱线中芳纶1313纤维含量越多,纱线的断裂比强度、断裂伸长率和耐磨次数越大,阻燃锦纶长丝的加入会改善三元复合阻燃纱线的毛羽和耐磨性能。研究结果为阻燃纤维的选择以及阻燃混纺纱线的研究开发提供了理论指导和技术支持。In order to study the influence of blending ratio on yarn properties in multi-component composite flame retardant yarn,11 kinds of binary composite flame retardant yarn and 9 kinds of ternary composite flame retardant yarn were spun by using aramid 1313 fiber,flame retardant viscose and flame retardant nylon filament as raw materials.The effects of aramid 1313 fiber content on yarn evenness,yarn strength,hairiness index and wear resistance were investigated.The experimental results show that the fiber blending ratio has no significant effect on the evenness of blended yarn,which is only related to the properties of the fiber itself.The more aramid 1313 fiber content in the multi-component composite flame retardant yarn,the greater the breaking strength,breaking elongation and wear resistance times of the yarn.The addition of flame retardant nylon filament improves the hairiness and wear resistance of the three-component composite flame retardant yarn.The research results provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the selection of flame retardant fibers and the research and development of flame retardant blended yarns.
