摘  要:中原工区为挖潜老油田的剩余产能、降低钻井成本,逐渐部署开窗侧钻水平井。开窗侧钻水平井存在泥页岩含量高、井壁易失稳,短半径水平井模式狗腿度大、定向易托压,小井眼环空压耗高、携岩带砂难度大等难题。因此,本研究研制具有强抑制、强封堵、高润滑和流型好的高性能水基钻井液,首批现场应用2口井,结果表明:该钻井液对沙一段至沙三段泥岩井壁稳定周期较长;润滑性好,定向正常,起下钻摩阻低;流变参数稳定,携岩能力强,保证了井眼清洁及岩屑床的清除;缩短了钻完井周期,实现了老浆的回收再利用,降低了钻井成本,对推动老油田剩余产能挖潜具有重大意义。In order to tap into the remaining production capacity of the old oil field and reduce drilling costs,Zhongyuan Area had gradually deployed sidetracking horizontal wells.There was many problems,such as well-bore instability in high shale content;directional underpinning often occurred at short-radius horizontal well mode and large dogleg degrees,carry sand difficulty because of high annular pressure loss in slim hole.There-fore,high-performance water-based drlling fluids with strong inhibition,strong sealing,high lubrication and good flow patterns could help solve the above problems.The application of 2 wells showed that a long period of wellbore stability of the drilling fluid for the mudstone of Es1 to Es3 formation;good lubricity,normal orienta-tion and low tripping friction;stable rheological parameters and strong carrying capacity,which ensured the borehole cleaning and the removal of cuttings bed.The period of drilling and completion shortened,recycling realized,drilling costs reduced,which had great significance in promoting the potential tapping of remaining production capacity in old oil fields.
