摘  要:针对武钢有4座高炉都进入了炉役后期的现状,从铁口维护、出铁管理、倒铁口操作等方面采取了技术改进措施。铁口维护方面,如改进铁口泥套的制作及维护,保持合适的铁口深度,控制合适的铁口孔径,使用高质量无水炮泥等;出铁管理方面,如出铁时间与出铁间隔时间的确定,出铁次数的确定等;倒铁口操作等方面,如做好倒铁口前的铁口维护工作等。武钢炉前出铁,从传统粗放型操作方式,实现了向精细化操作方式的转变,满足了高炉炉役后期的强化冶炼要求。2022年7月,武钢全厂高炉月均利用系数2.49t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比517kg/t。Facing the situation that four WISCO BFs are working in their late stage of campaign,some technical improvement measures are adopted,from the taphole maintenance and HM tapping management to taphole switchover operation.The taphole maintenance improvement steps include enhancing the fabrication quality and maintenance of the taphole mud sheath,controlling the taphole at an appropriate depth and bore diameter,and usinghigh-quality waterless gun mud,etc;In terms of taping management,the adopted measures include properly setting the tapping time and tapping interval as well as tapping frequency,etc;And in the aspect of taphole switchover operation,the effort is made on enhancing taphole maintenance be-fore switching over.The casthouse operation of WISCO BFs transforms from the traditional extensive control to the refined control,as required by the intensified smelting in the late stage of furnace campaign.In July 2022,the average monthly pro-ductivity of the furnaces in the whole plantis 2.49t/(m^(3)·d),and the fuel rate 517kg/t.
