摘  要:对首钢股份1号高炉降低铁水[Si]含量的措施进行了总结。1号高炉降低铁水[Si]含量的思路是,从焦炭和炉渣两方面控制硅源,并根据高炉现状,把降低铁水[Si]的目标设为0.35%,且应避免铁水温度过低。通过采取提高炉顶压力、提高富氧率、做好上下部调剂、降低入炉硅量、优化炉渣碱度等措施,将1号高炉铁水[Si]由0.40%逐步降至0.36%左右,同时,将铁水温度稳定在1500℃以上,保持了炉缸活跃及炉况长周期稳定顺行。并且,为避免降硅对高炉影响过大,探索了炉外脱硅,通过在鱼雷罐中配加冷压球(15kg/t),进一步将铁水[Si]降低至0.34%。The measures of reducing[Si]content in HM adopted in Shougang No.1 BF are summarized.These measures fo-cus on controlling the silicon source from both coke and slag,and the goal of lowering the[Si]content in hot metal to O.35%and keeping hot metal temperature stable with respect to the current situation of the furnace.After increasing the fur-nace top pressure and oxygen enrichment rate,properly conditioning the charging and blasting operation,limiting the amount of silicon brought to the furnace,and optimizing the alkaline content of the slag,the[Si]content in the hot metal drops gradually from 0.40%to about 0.36%,and the hot metal temperature stabilizes above 1500℃at the same time.As a re-sult,the hearth remains active operation and the furnace achieves long term stable and smooth running.In addition,efforts are made on desiliconization outside the furnace in order to abate the influence of silicon on the furnace,such as charging cold briquettes(15 kg/t)to the torpedo to further reduce[Si]content in the hot metal to 0.34%.
